Node Webinar: Local Action Call

Learn about 350VT's local action toolkit, and how it can be a resource to you for getting started. Hear and connect with local community leaders already engaging their towns in direct change,  to discuss what's working and what's challenging for your team right now. In short, if you're interested in taking local action in 2024, part of a volunteer team who needs work to dig into, or looking for how to get involved, this is the right space for you! 

We'll dig into all the ways we can take local action in the coming year, from doing Thermal Energy Networks inventories, to getting efficiency and low-emissions renewable energy projects going by working with nonprofits (churches, towns, and other institutions) to take advantage of direct pay, to researching your municipal utilities and figuring out how to get them to embrace community solar, and more!  The organizing staff is developing a toolkit and we will go over all of the options and talk about how you might take it from there. We encourage everyone to attend!
