We, the undersigned, thank the Public Utility Commission for their recent ruling, ordering a comprehensive investigation of the construction, performance and safety of Vermont Gas Systems’ fracked gas pipeline.

We are pleased that the PUC is taking the public's concerns seriously.

Because the public health and safety dangers of flawed pipeline construction are real and severe, we look forward to a fair, independent, and exacting investigation. Vermont Gas should not be allowed to interfere in the investigation. We will continue to follow this case closely.
